Progressive Microtechnology, Inc., (PMI) is a veteran family owned and operate computer barcode company that has been serving the needs of the barcode industry since 1984 as a software developer and dealer of barcode printers, plastic ID card printers, scanners, readers, portable data collectors, software, labels and ribbons.  In 2000, PMI, in association with an accredited Ohio police department, developed its PMI Evidence Tracker.™  It is certainly our best-selling software because it’s simple, reliable and safe.

The program was originally designed with the smaller law enforcement agencies in mind.  Our PMI Evidence Tracker™ software package officially debuted on the market in 2002 and has swept across the nation.  Currently, PMI has production and demo versions of the system in almost all fifty states.   Even though PMI continues to update and upgrade its program in order to keep up with industry standards and advancement, we have been able to maintain our low price for the law enforcement community.  PMI is committed to its customers, as well as, all of the hardworking men and women in uniform; here and abroad.

It is PMI policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. 

We use the information you provide about yourself, or about someone else, when placing an order or requesting information only to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
